As IMLP Program came to completion

Juliana - IMLP GraduateAfter two years on the IMLP Program, it is time for me to roll off from the program and start my off-program job. I have to say that I’m now with mixed feelings: I’m happy and excited to start this new challenge and phase of my career but I’m also sad that the program finished because this mean no more classes with Dan and Jim, Bootcamps, seeing all IMLPs together, Greg as our Program Manager, and the list goes on.

The IMLP program has been a great experience and definitely contributed to my personal and professional growth. I really enjoyed having the opportunity of rotating in 3 different businesses: Corporate, Transportation and Healthcare, learning their processes and perspectives. I also enjoyed the different projects I got to work on: two ERP implementations, one local instance and one global instance, EUS project: a global initiative for L2 support, and a Service Quoting Tool. Of course I can’t forget the network I built.

For those of you starting the program or wanting to join I can say that you can expect great challenges, huge opportunities to grow, and life-long friendships with your fellow IMLPs.
